The Community Care Partners Gear Store gives you access to branded clothing and accessories with fast delivery times and a flat shipping rate of just $10. Each year, every team member receives $150 of credit to the store. Read on for more information about how to use this benefit!
Annual Credit 2025
We transitioned to anniversary-based credit renewals in 2024. All employees’ full 2025 gear store credit will be issued on the first weekday of your anniversary month.
Your 2024 credits will remain available to you until the last day of the month prior to your anniversary month.
- If you were hired in 2024, you only have one annual carryover coupon code (First.Last2024).
- If you were hired prior to 2024, you may have two annual carryover coupons (First.Last2024 and First.Last2024B).
Logging In
- Visit ccpartnersgear.com and click on My Account in the top right of the navigation bar.
- You will not be able to view any gear until you log in.
- Enter your work email in both the username and password fields.
- Note: if you manually changed your password at any point in the past, it will NOT revert to your email. Try using the “Lost your password?” link to reset if you do not remember it.
- You will only be able to see items branded with your brand, based on your email (@ccpartners.com emails can see and order all brands). · If you work at multiple clinic brands, email ccpartnersgear@ccpartners.com to request dual access.
Troubleshooting tips:
- Did you recently change your email because you changed your name? Try your old email.
- Did you recently change your email because you changed the brand you work for (ex: TMC to CCP)? Try the email with your old @url.
- Try using the “Lost your password?” link to reset your password. · If you exhaust all of these tips, contact ccpartnersgear@ccpartners.com for help.
Coupon Codes
- Your coupon code follows the format first.lastYEAR.
- Your store credit is assigned to your work email. Use ONLY your work email in all email fields to apply the credit. If you enter a personal email anywhere on the site, your coupon code will not work.
- Credits are not automatic; you must enter your code(s) at checkout.
- You do not have to use all your credit at once, but credits expire at the end of the month prior to your anniversary month.
- New credits will automatically be issued at the beginning of your anniversary month.
Troubleshooting tips:
If your name contains spaces or special characters (hyphen, apostrophe, etc.), omit them in your coupon code.
- Ex: jane.oconnor2024, not jane.o’connor2024.
Checking Out
- Enter your coupon code(s). For multiple codes, enter the first, press “Apply,” then repeat. Verify that the system has applied the credit to your total.
- Use only your work email address.
- If your total exceeds your store credit, you will be asked for a personal credit card.
- Use your personal address as the billing address.
Shipping
- Most orders will ship in 1-2 business days.
- Orders will be shipped to your home address at a flat rate of $10.
- Your store credit will apply to shipping as long as your grand total does not exceed your available credit.
- You will be asked to enter a second form of payment for any balance more than your available credit.
Returns/Exchanges
- If you need to return or exchange an item, please reach out to ccpartners@mcsewon.com with your order number and request.
- Your original order will be canceled, and you will be able to place a new order (if you are exchanging).
- You will receive a return label to send back your original item(s).
- Once the items are received, you will be issued a refund.

- For questions about your order (missing or incorrect orders, refunds, exchanges, etc.), email ccpartners@mcsewon.com with your order number.
5 Most Common Gear Store Issues
- I’m a new employee and my login isn’t working / I haven’t received my login or coupon code.
- If you’re a new employee, your account will not be activated until the Friday after you onboard.
- We do not email logins or passwords. As explained in onboarding, your username and initial password are your company email address. Your coupon code follows the format First.LastYEAR (ex: Jane.Doe2025).
- I’m trying to place an order and my coupon code isn’t working. I know I have money left!
- Did your name and/or email change in the past year? If so, email the issue and your new information to ccpartnersgear@ccpartners.com. (Notify P&O, too!)
- If your name has a hyphen, apostrophe, space or other special character, omit it from your code. (ex: Jane.ODoe2025, not Jane.O’Doe2025).
- Make sure that you have not entered any email other than your work email in any field (ex: the shipping info screen).
- Have you reached your anniversary month in 2025? Credit now renews on the first day of your anniversary month. If you received your 2024 credit in December ‘24, you will not receive your 2025 credit until December ’25.
- I’m an existing employee and using my email as my username and password isn’t working.
- If you changed your password at any point during your employment, it will NOT revert back to your email at the start of each new year. Use the password you previously created or click the “Lost your password?” link if you have forgotten it.
- I have multiple coupon codes. Do I have to place separate orders to use them?
- No, you may apply multiple coupon codes to a single transaction.
- I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can you cancel my order?
- We cannot make changes to existing orders internally. To cancel or make changes to an order you have already placed, please contact our vendor directly at ccpartners@mcsewon.com
